How local driver and courier deliveries work on TOSHZA, including OTP handover.

TOSHZA delivers within supported South African areas via local drivers and integrated courier partners.
Availability and fees depend on destination, parcel size, and selected shipping option at checkout.
Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout where available. Actual times may vary due to traffic, weather, supplier readiness, or courier capacity.
For local driver deliveries, customers may receive a one-time OTP or QR code. Drivers must verify this before completing delivery.
Do not share your OTP with anyone other than the assigned driver at the point of handover.
If a delivery cannot be completed, the driver or courier may attempt redelivery or leave the parcel at an agreed pickup point according to the selected service.
Additional fees may apply for repeated failed attempts caused by incorrect addresses or customer unavailability.
Report missing parcels promptly with your order number. TOSHZA will investigate with the assigned driver or courier partner and process a replacement or refund where loss is confirmed.
