Commercial and operational terms for suppliers selling through the TOSHZA marketplace.
Last updated: 7 August 2026
Suppliers must provide accurate business and contact details, complete onboarding, and maintain an approved account status before listing products.
TOSHZA may request additional verification documents at any time.
Listings must be truthful, lawful, and adequately described. Images must represent the actual product.
Suppliers are responsible for stock accuracy, packaging quality, and compliance with applicable product regulations.
TOSHZA deducts a platform commission from each eligible sale. The default commission rate is 10% unless otherwise configured by TOSHZA admin settings or a written commercial arrangement.
Commission is calculated on the product line value before payout release.
Customer payments are collected by TOSHZA and held until delivery is completed and any applicable refund hold period expires.
Suppliers may request withdrawal of available wallet balances to a verified bank account. Payouts require admin approval and successful bank processing.
Illegal goods, counterfeit products, weapons, hazardous materials without authorisation, adult content prohibited by law, and any items banned under South African law may not be sold on TOSHZA.
TOSHZA may remove listings and suspend accounts that breach this rule.
